I have been working in the Animal Research Field since graduating from Delaware Valley University and have been a supervisor or Manager of Animal facilities for 20 years around Philadelphia and South Jersey. I am currently the Animal Facility Associate Managing Director at The Wistar Institute. I am an active member of DVB AALAS and attend meetings regularly over the last 20 years. I am also an active member of National AALAS and had the opportunity of attending a national meeting in 2019 in Atlanta Georgia. I have volunteered as a student assay judge for PSBR for 2 years, I have also volunteered for the DVB tech night committee. I first heard about DVB from Delaware Valley University and attended my first meeting while I was in college, I appreciate DVB’s commitment to the support and education for the Animal Science field. I got into this field for my love of animals and science, I love hearing about new things in our field and seeing others in our field grow.
