Founded in 1960, the Delaware Valley Branch of AALAS serves members in Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware, offering robust educational opportunities and plenty of fellowship and fun! Our members are experts in the humane care and use of animals in biomedical research, leading the way to lifesaving scientific breakthroughs benefiting both people and animals.

The Delaware Valley Branch of AALAS is committed to achieving excellence and innovation in the field of laboratory animal science by providing an open forum for communication, promoting education and training, and disseminating information concerning the benefits of humane care and use of animals in biomedical research.
