DVB AALAS offers educational and other vital resources to help laboratory animal science professionals engage more fully with the industry.

AALAS Learning Library

The AALAS Learning Library (ALL) is a collection of essential online training courses for investigators, technicians, veterinarians, managers, and IACUC members engaged in laboratory animal science.


Numerous courses are approved for CEUs, including ALAT, LAT, LATG, AAVSB and RACE. Plus, some courses count toward continuing education RACE credits for vet or vet tech license renewal. Get the details

Pennsylvania Society for Biomedical Research

The Pennsylvania Society for Biomedical Research (PSBR) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit science education organization. Formed in 1990 by universities, medical schools, pharmaceutical firms, and professional societies in Pennsylvania and Delaware, PSBR aims to foster a better understanding of the benefits of biomedical research to human and animal health, as well as the necessity for the humane treatment of animals in such research.

Beagle Rescue League

Beagle Rescue League, based in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, all-volunteer organization dedicated to finding forever homes for dogs in their program. Their Lab to Leash program is designed to help beagles retiring from research facilities.

BioEYES

BioEYES is a K-12 science education program that provides classroom-based learning opportunities through the use of live zebrafish. BioEYES is designed to incorporate teacher empowerment and provides professional development seminars and a co-teaching experience with trained science consultants, called outreach educators.
